220°C is a husband-and-wife-owned café built on the flavors of home.

As Vietnamese, we wanted to create a space in Charlotte where our community feels a sense of familiarity and comfort, a place that reminds us of home, while also inviting everyone to experience the warmth, balance, and tradition of Vietnamese food and coffee.

We bake our baguettes fresh in-house every day and craft our bánh mì, coffee, and pastries with care, intention, and respect for tradition. Every detail is meant to feel welcoming, comforting, and made with heart.
