220°C is a café owned by a husband and wife, built on the flavors of home.
As Vietnamese, we wanted to create a space in Charlotte where our community feels a sense of familiarity and comfort, a place that reminds us of home, while also inviting everyone to experience the warmth, balance, and tradition of Vietnamese food and coffee.
We bake our baguettes fresh in house every day and craft our bánh mì, coffee, and pastries with care, intention, and respect for tradition. Every detail is meant to feel welcoming, comforting, and made with heart.
